Mould is a significant health and safety issue and needs to be addressed quickly as it can grow at an alarming rate. Common building materials such as plywood, drywall, carpets, and carpet padding can provide an environment for mould growth. Our engineers quickly and safely remove mould and bacteria so the property is safe and ready to use again. Condensation can quickly lead to mould if left untreated. This can mean damage to your walls and ceilings that is sometimes unseen. The extent of the mould can go unnoticed until it is assessed properly. Our treatments include ventilation systems, preventative linings, anti-mould paints and heating systems. Our expert engineers are experienced in the first signs of mould formation, and go to great lengths to make sure the initial mould is completely eradicated and create a hostile environment where mould can no longer grow. For customer peace of mind, we use ATP testing for decontamination works. ATP is a molecule found only in and around living cells, and as such it gives a direct measure of biological concentration and health. ATP is quantified by measuring the light produced through its reaction with the naturally-occurring firefly enzyme Luciferase using a Luminometer. The amount of light produced is directly proportional to the amount of biological energy present in the sample. This means that we can measure the amount of ATP before and after cleaning and guarantee that the property is clean and safe.
