  Steve Lounds starts working for a UK leading supplier and works his way up from a Trainee Consultant to Operations Manager of a large franchised branch.
• 2010 - 2013

  Steve Lounds joins Disaster Care Platinum as National Network Manager. He overviews many operations and staff, and leads Water and Fire Damage Awareness days at the National Flood School.

• 2013 - 2015

  Steve Lounds starts up as a sole trader within the damage management industry, offering fire and flood damage restoration to domestic and commercial properties.
• 2015 - VIP Management Solutions is born!

  Steve Lounds creates VIP and registers it as a limited company.
